1. Warranty Period

All Waitley Lithium-Ion Batteries purchased from our official website (waitley.net) are covered by a:

24-Month Limited Warranty

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase shown on your order confirmation or receipt.

During the warranty period, if your battery experiences a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects related to:

✅ Battery cells and internal components
✅ Charging or power performance issues caused by manufacturing defects
✅ Battery failure under normal operating conditions
✅ Defects in materials or workmanship

Examples of covered issues:

• Battery cannot hold a charge after proper charging
• Battery stops working under normal use
• Battery performance significantly decreases due to manufacturing defects
• Charging problems caused by internal component failure

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

❌ Normal battery capacity loss caused by regular usage
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
❌ Water damage, liquid exposure, or extreme environmental conditions
❌ Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken terminals
❌ Unauthorized modification or repair

Lithium-ion batteries naturally lose capacity over time. Gradual reduction in runtime due to normal aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.
